Return and Exchange Policy
Please read this page carefully to get your order number, then: Send us a message on our 'Contact Us' page.
Contact us via the website's chat app, or send us an email to [email address] with the order number and your notes.
Return/exchange requests will not be approved if the following conditions are not met:
- The product/products must be in their original condition as received.
- Within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products and services included in offers are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned. If the above conditions are met, we will send a request to refund the full/partial order value after approval of the return request.
- The refund process may take up to 45 days, depending on the payment method and the bank used.
- For received orders
A. Return/exchange of the order or part of it without any fees/discount only in the following cases: If the received product does not match the product requested, or if the received product does not match the specifications/description of the product displayed on the website, or if the received product was damaged.
B. Shipping fees and additional collection fees will be deducted from the order value if you wish to return/exchange products in cases other than those mentioned in point (a) above.
C. For orders (some orders) or part of their value, they will be saved as credit in your account to be used in new orders.
For requested services, refund requests can be accepted without any fees/discount only in the following cases: If the device is still at your location and the technician has not yet visited.
If the device/equipment has been received at one of our service centers for repair, and you decided to cancel your order for any reason within 4 hours of the receipt date, the receipt and return fees will be deducted/applied to the service request.
No amount will be refunded if the current order status is 'Pending' or 'Processing'.
For rental plans, refund requests can be accepted with a discount/application of administration fees only if all the following conditions are met: Within 24 hours of the payment date.
The device/equipment subscription status has not been received as 'Inactive'.
